Yep. Corrected problem with great service

I had the error P1 come up on the panel. I searched the videos on YouTube by alt heat supply. The guy on there explained everything needed. We have a little bit older stove, so the panel had a junction box. We had to remove the siding, splice the wires in the middle (after testing to make sure that was the problem), and it worked like a charm. Had no problem getting the old probe out, but it was very tight getting new one in the old area (seems like it still had a great seal). I will say, I have emailed Alt heat supply several times with questions about products and compatibility for my woodburner. They always answer right away, within a day! I trust them and will use them anytime I can. Shipping was timely, also. I just wish they could get a pure sine pellet stove inverter kit going like the surefire 512 that can run my pellet stove during power outage. Hopefully, soon! Thanks, Alternative Heat Supply.
