Product Description
CF205 System Cleaner has been specifically designed for safely cleaning outdoor & indoor wood boilers with mild steel and/or stainless steel construction. CF205 will safely remove deposits within the system that compromise boiler efficiency and promote corrosion. CF205 will also effectively re-establish a corrosion barrier at the metal surface as it works its cleaning action. CF205 may be used in other hydronic and solar applications as well. Another plus to this product is that it is environmentally friendly. One quart will treat 200 gallons. A nice trick to save money, It can be used with white vinegar to help with heavy corrosion. Units that evaporate 50 gallons: add 1 gallon of white vinegar with CF205. You can use up to 3 gallons of white vinegar with 1 CF205.
How to Use: Run the CF205 in your unit for 4 to 8 hours (no more than 8 hours) and then drain the system, refill, and add boiler treatment. We recommend following up with the ProTech 300, AmTech 300, or A200 Boiler Treatment.
