Product Description
Armstrong Circulator Isolation Flanges (CIF) are used in pairs to connect circulating pumps in hydronic systems. These devices rapidly isolate a circulator to be serviced, and eliminate the need to drain and refill the entire system. The CIF integrates a 2-bolt flange connection (common to small circulating pumps) with a full-port ball valve. This practical "all-in-one" design reduces the number of plumbing connections and results in a more reliable, economical and easily serviced hydronic system.

Armstrong Isolation Ball Valve
The Circulator Isolation Flange (CIF) is flanged to work with most circulating pumps. Armstrong uses a full port design ball valve. The practical, all-in-one design of the CIF conveniently isolates the circulator and eliminates the need to drain the system when pump repair or replacement is required.
These isolation flanges can also be used for potable water application because they are made of brass. They are usually cheaper than the plain bronze flanges.
