Product Description
The Y-Strainer is a new product from Cash Acme that utilizes a wire mesh screen to actively remove small solid particles from the flow of liquids or gases. It can be installed so that the screening element is on the lower end of the body, allowing entrapped material to collect in it. The removable cap can be detached periodically to clean and maintain the mesh screen.
The bronze Y-Strainer is rated to 400 WOG. May be installed vertically or horizontally in the system. Threaded NPT connection.
